Teen Patti Dunya Terms and Conditions

The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Teen Patti Dunya ("we", "us", "our"). They cover the website at www.teenpattidunya.com and the Teen Patti Dunya Android app, together called the "Services". Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

By downloading the app, creating an account or using the Services in any way, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

Who can use the Services

• 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. There are no exceptions. You confirm your age when you sign up, and giving false information leads to account closure; the balance may be forfeited.
• Your state's rules. Rules on online paid gaming differ from state to state in India, and some states restrict it. Checking the current rule in your own state is your responsibility before you download. If paid gaming is prohibited where you live, you must not download or use the app. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

Your account

You create an account with your phone number and verify it with an OTP. A few rules come with it:

• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
• Your own details. Play with your own name, your own phone number and your own UPI ID.
• Keep it private. Never share an OTP and keep your phone locked. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

Wallet, deposits and welcome chips

• One wallet. Your account has one wallet that works across all 35 tables. Moving from one table to another needs no transfer.
• Deposits. You add funds to your wallet through the payment options shown in the app. If money leaves your bank but does not show in your wallet, send the UPI transaction ID (UTR) to support; it will either reach your wallet or be returned by your bank.
• Welcome chips. New accounts get welcome chips in the wallet on install, with no deposit or promo code needed. They are meant for trying the tables. Balance built from them joins your wallet balance and follows the same withdrawal rules.
• Misuse of offers. Creating extra accounts or otherwise misusing the welcome offer may lead to the accounts being closed.

The wallet screen shows your total balance with a breakdown. Your full transaction history is always available there.

Withdrawals

• Methods. You can withdraw to a UPI ID or a USDT wallet address, once your balance is above the minimum withdrawal shown in the app.
• Status. Each request shows as Pending, Processing or Failed in your transaction history. If a withdrawal fails, the amount goes back to your wallet and you can try again.
• Timing. Most requests are processed within minutes, but bank or UPI network issues, night-time bank maintenance and festival-day traffic can slow things down. We cannot control those networks.
• Your details, your responsibility. Check your UPI ID letter by letter. For USDT, check the network (for example TRC20); funds sent on the wrong network cannot be brought back.
• Verification. No KYC is needed in normal use. For a large amount or unusual activity on an account, the app may ask for verification, and the wallet screen will show what is needed. Provide it inside the app only.

The games and your decisions

The app offers 35 tables, including Teen Patti variants, Andar Bahar, Dragon vs Tiger, crash-style games, rummy, lottery and slots. You can see them all on our games page. Every table has an "i" or Rules button that explains the round flow, the payout table and the limits. Read it before you play a new game.

Every decision at a table is yours, and so is every result that follows. Paid play carries financial risk, and you can lose what you put in. Play for entertainment, with money you can afford to lose, and never treat gaming as a source of income. Settings in the app include a session limit and a break reminder; our responsible gaming page has more tools.

Fair play: what is not allowed

To keep the tables fair for everyone, you must not:

1. create or use more than one account;
2. use hacks, bots, "mod APK" versions or any other unauthorised software;
3. work together with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
4. use another person's account, phone number or UPI ID;
5. pretend to be Teen Patti Dunya staff or support, or ask other players for their OTP or PIN;
6. harass or abuse other users or our support team;
7. interfere with the Services or try to break their security;
8. use the Services for anything illegal.

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or closure of the account.

Official app only

Download the app only from this website. The official file is Master_t8ued4.apk, 73 MB, and it needs Android 5.0+. Files from WhatsApp forwards, Telegram groups or other sites may be modified to steal your data or UPI details, and using them breaks these Terms. When a new version is out, the app shows an update message; your account, balance and history stay as they are. See our download page for install steps.

Support and communication

Support is by email only, at [email protected], in Hindi, English or Hinglish. We do not provide support on WhatsApp, Telegram or phone calls, and our team will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, password or any "unlock fee". Anyone who does is not us — report it to the support email.

Our content

The Services, including the app, the website, the game designs, text, graphics and logos, belong to Teen Patti Dunya or its licensors. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use them in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its content.

Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep the Services running smoothly, but they are provided "as is". We do not promise that they will always be available, without errors or suited to any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:

• losses from your own gameplay decisions;
• delays or failures caused by banks, the UPI network or blockchain networks;
• money sent to a wrong UPI ID or wrong USDT network that you entered;
• losses caused by sharing your OTP or login, or by installing an unofficial app.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have that cannot be excluded by the law that applies to you.

Suspension and closing an account

• By us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example duplicate accounts, under-18 use, false information or cheating.
• A break. If you want time away, set a session limit or break reminder in Settings, or email support to close your account temporarily. We close it without questions and tell you how to reopen it.
• Permanent closure. Withdraw your wallet balance first, then email support with "account close" and your registered number.

Questions and disputes

If something goes wrong, start with your transaction history in the app, then email support with the transaction ID, a screenshot and the last 4 digits of your registered number. Most problems are solved this way. Our Refund Policy explains how payment issues are handled.

Changes and other terms

• Changes. We may update these Terms when the Services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
• Whole agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the full agreement between you and us about the Services.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
