What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how money moves in and out of your Teen Patti Dunya wallet. It covers four things: adding funds, withdrawing your wallet balance, what happens when a transaction fails or gets stuck, and how to raise a query with us. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The terms set the general rules of using the app; this page deals only with the money side.
The app is one Android app with 35 tables and a single wallet. Whatever table you play, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon vs Tiger, slots or anything else, the balance is the same one and every withdrawal comes out of that one wallet. There are no separate per-game balances to move around.
Adding Funds
To add funds, open the wallet, tap Add Funds, type the amount and choose UPI. Your own UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM or any other) opens, you enter your PIN there, and the payment completes. The balance normally shows in your wallet right away.
- Your PIN never goes into our app. You only type your UPI PIN inside your own UPI app. If any screen claiming to be Teen Patti Dunya asks for a PIN, that screen is not ours.
- No hidden charge from our side. The amount you add is the amount that reaches your wallet. If your bank or UPI app applies a fee of its own, that comes from them and is shown on their payment screen first.
- Minimum amount. The current minimum is shown on the wallet screen. We don't print a fixed number on the website because it can change in the app, and an old number here would only confuse you. Our advice: keep the first amount small, check that everything went through, then decide.
Once funds have reached your wallet, they are your wallet balance. They are available to play with straight away, so a completed top-up is not reversed on request. If you change your mind, you can withdraw your wallet balance through the normal withdrawal process described below, subject to the minimum withdrawal shown in the app.
Money Debited, Wallet Not Credited
Sometimes the money leaves your bank but the wallet balance doesn't move. Ghabrao mat, this is usually the UPI network confirming late. Here is what to do:
- Wait 5 to 10 minutes, then close the app fully and open it again.
- Still not there? Open your UPI app and copy the transaction ID (UTR) of that payment. Take a screenshot of the payment screen too.
- Email the UTR and screenshot to [email protected], along with the last 4 digits of your registered phone number.
If money has genuinely left your bank, one of two things happens: it reaches your wallet, or your bank sends it back to your account. It does not just disappear. Check your bank statement as well as your UPI app, because sometimes the UPI app still says "pending" when the bank has already reversed the debit.
Withdrawals: UPI and USDT
To withdraw, open the wallet, tap Withdraw, and choose how you want it:
- UPI sends the amount straight to the bank account linked to your UPI ID. For most players this is the right choice. Our UPI withdrawals guide walks through it step by step.
- USDT is for people who already keep a crypto wallet. Before you confirm, check the network (for example TRC20) very carefully. USDT sent on the wrong network cannot be brought back, by us or by anyone else.
Confirm the amount, and most requests are processed within a few minutes. Sometimes it takes longer because of the bank or the UPI network, especially during late-night bank maintenance windows or on festival days when UPI traffic is heavy. The minimum withdrawal is shown on the Withdraw screen in the app; that number is the final one.
Pehli baar nikaal rahe ho? Start with a small amount. It confirms your UPI ID or wallet address is correct before you move a larger balance. A single wrong letter in a UPI ID is the most common reason a withdrawal fails.
Withdraw only to a UPI ID or wallet in your own name. One person, one account, own UPI. A UPI ID belonging to a brother, parent or friend can later trigger a review of the account, and duplicate accounts can be closed.
What Each Status Means
Every withdrawal shows a status in your transaction history. Read it before you email us, because it usually tells you what is going on.
| Status | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | The request is placed and waiting to be picked up. | Wait. If it stays Pending for over an hour, email support with the transaction ID. |
| Processing | The transfer is on its way through the bank or network. | Give it time, especially at night or on a festival day. |
| Failed | The transfer did not go through. | The amount returns to your wallet. Check your UPI ID carefully and try again. |
A Failed withdrawal is not lost money. The amount comes back to your Teen Patti Dunya wallet, and you can request it again once the details are corrected.
Verification (KYC)
In normal use you do not need KYC to withdraw. In some cases, such as a large withdrawal or unusual activity on an account, the app may ask for verification. This is there to protect your balance from someone else trying to take it out. When it happens, the wallet screen shows clearly what is needed.
- Give documents only inside the app, never on email, WhatsApp or a link.
- We don't publish a document list on the website because the requirement can differ case by case. Whatever the wallet screen says is what applies.
- An SMS or call saying "update KYC or your account will be blocked" is a fraud. Don't click the link. Screenshot it and send it to support.
More detail is on our KYC and withdrawal timing page.
Welcome Chips
A new account receives welcome chips in the wallet on sign-up, without a deposit or promo code. They are meant for trying the app and the tables before you decide anything. Welcome chips are not a deposit and are not refunded or exchanged on their own. Any balance you build while playing with them joins your normal wallet balance, and it can be withdrawn like the rest once it is above the minimum withdrawal shown in the app.
Closing Your Account
If you want to close your account, withdraw your wallet balance first. Then email support with "account close" in the subject, from or with your registered phone number. If you only want a break for some time, say so, and we will close it temporarily and tell you how to reopen it later.
Accounts are for adults only. If an account was opened with false age details, it is closed and the balance may be forfeited. Duplicate accounts (more than one account for the same person) can also be closed.
Raising a Payment Query
Support is by email only: [email protected]. You can write in Hindi, English or Hinglish. We don't offer support on WhatsApp, Telegram or phone calls. Payment questions are picked up first, and one complete email gets sorted faster than a long back and forth. Put all of this in one mail:
- The last 4 digits of your registered phone number.
- The transaction ID (UTR for UPI, or the transaction hash for USDT).
- A screenshot of the transaction history or payment screen.
- Which case it is: not credited, stuck Pending, Failed, or a wrong amount.
Please raise it as soon as you notice the problem. A fresh transaction is easier to trace than an old one. Don't attach ID card photos to the email; if verification is needed it happens inside the app.

Your Safety
Payments run over 256-bit TLS encryption. Nobody from Teen Patti Dunya will ever ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, password or an "account unlock fee" to process a refund or speed up a withdrawal. If someone does, it is not us. Block them, take a screenshot and send it to support so we can warn other players. Download the app only from our download page; modified copies shared in chat groups are a common route to lost money.
We may update this policy when the app's payment options change. The version on this page is the current one.
