Who we are and what this covers
Teen Patti Dunya ("we", "us", "our") runs the website at www.teenpattidunya.com and the Teen Patti Dunya Android app (Master_t8ued4.apk, 73 MB, Android 5.0+). In this policy, the website and the app together are called the "Services". This policy applies to everyone who visits the website or installs and uses the app.
It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy. If something here is unclear, email [email protected] and ask — that is what the inbox is for.
What we collect
We follow a simple rule: keep only what is needed to run the games and the payments. In practice that means the following.
Details you give us
- Phone number. You create an account with your phone number and verify it with an OTP. This is your login and the main way we identify your account.
- Age confirmation. When you sign up you confirm that you are 18 or older. This step cannot be skipped.
- Payment details for withdrawals. The UPI ID or USDT wallet address you enter when you withdraw from your wallet. We need it to send the money to you.
- Verification details, only if asked. In normal use no KYC is needed. In some cases, such as a large withdrawal or unusual activity on an account, the app may ask for verification. When that happens, the wallet screen shows exactly what is needed, and you provide it inside the app only.
- Support emails. If you write to support, we keep your email and whatever you include, such as a transaction ID, a screenshot or the last 4 digits of your registered number.
Records created while you use the app
- Transaction history. Deposits, withdrawals and their status — Pending, Processing or Failed. You can see this history yourself in the app's wallet.
- Wallet balance. One wallet works across all 35 tables, so the app keeps a record of your balance and how it changes, including welcome chips added when you first install.
- Settings you choose. For example a session limit or a break reminder that you switch on in Settings.
Basic technical information
Like any website or app that connects to a server, ours receives basic technical details when you connect, such as your IP address and the type of device or browser. We use this to keep the Services working and to spot misuse, not to build a profile of you.
What we never ask for
Some details should stay only with you. Teen Patti Dunya's team will never ask for:
- your UPI PIN;
- an OTP sent to your phone;
- your password;
- any "account unlock fee" or similar payment.
Dhyan rakhein: if anyone asks for these in our name, it is fraud. See fake support and KYC scams below.
How we use your information
We use the details above only for these purposes:
- to create your account and let you log in with OTP;
- to keep your wallet balance correct across all tables;
- to process deposits and send withdrawals to your UPI ID or USDT address, and to show each transaction's status;
- to protect your account — for example, asking for verification when a large amount or unusual activity makes it sensible, so that nobody else can withdraw your balance;
- to enforce the one-person-one-account rule and the 18+ rule;
- to apply the session limit and break reminder you choose in Settings, or a temporary closure you ask for;
- to reply to your emails to support;
- to keep the Services working and fix problems.
We do not use your data for anything outside the game and the payments. We also do not send "recover your loss" style notifications after a losing session.
Who sees your information
We do not sell your data to anyone. Information leaves us only in these situations:
- Payments. A UPI transfer has to pass through the UPI network and the banks involved, and a USDT transfer goes on the blockchain network you choose. Those services see the details needed to complete that one transaction, such as the UPI ID or wallet address and the amount.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Services, such as hosting, may handle data on our behalf, only to do that job.
- When the law requires it. If a valid legal request requires us to share information, we may have to.
How we protect it
All payments on Teen Patti Dunya run over 256-bit TLS encryption, the same standard banking apps use. Your account and balance are kept on our server, not on your phone, so uninstalling or updating the app does not erase them.
Still, no system on the internet is completely secure, and we would rather say that honestly than make a promise nobody can keep. You can do a lot on your side:
- Install the app only from this website. Files from WhatsApp forwards, Telegram groups or "mod APK" sites can be modified to steal your data or UPI details.
- Keep your phone locked and never share an OTP.
- Use your own UPI ID. Withdrawing to someone else's UPI ID can lead to verification or an account review.
- For USDT, check the network (for example TRC20) before you send. Funds sent on the wrong network cannot be brought back.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details and transaction history while your account is open, because you and we both need them — your wallet history depends on them, and so does sorting out any question about a past transaction. When an account is closed, some records, such as transaction history, may still need to be kept for as long as the law or a pending question about a transaction requires. We do not keep more than we need.
Your choices and closing your account
- See your records. Your balance and transaction history are in the app's wallet at any time.
- Ask a question or request a correction. Email support with your registered number and tell us what looks wrong.
- Take a break. Switch on a session limit or break reminder in Settings, or ask support to close your account temporarily. We will also tell you how to reopen it later.
- Close your account. First withdraw your wallet balance. Then email [email protected] with "account close" in the message and your registered number.
Age rule: 18+ only
The Services are only for adults aged 18 and above, with no exceptions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If someone gives false information about their age, the account is closed and the balance may be forfeited.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the app, email support with the phone number used, and we will close that account. Our responsible gaming page has practical tips for keeping gaming apps away from children on shared phones.
Fake "support" and KYC scams
Support at Teen Patti Dunya is by email only. We do not offer support on WhatsApp, Telegram or phone calls. If you get a message saying "update your KYC or your account will be blocked" with a link, do not click it.
- Verification documents, when asked for, are given inside the app only — never by email, WhatsApp or a link.
- Do not attach ID card photos to emails. For support, a transaction ID, a screenshot and the last 4 digits of your phone number are enough.
- If someone contacts you pretending to be us, take a screenshot, block the number and send it to [email protected] so we can warn other players.
More on this in our KYC and withdrawal timing guide.
Local rules and this policy
Rules on online paid gaming are different in different Indian states, and some states restrict it. Before you use the app in paid mode, check the current rule in your own state. If paid gaming is prohibited where you live, do not download or use the app. Nothing on this website, including this page, is legal advice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Services change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. Please check this page now and then, especially before large withdrawals or after an app update.
